September 24, 2019 |

That most-obvious and simple idea is also a powerful idea, and it lies at the heart of the Farms, Food & Health Expo—FREE, walk-ins welcome, and open to the public—this Friday, September 27, 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at Hagerty Center, Traverse City.

The free Expo is part of our four-day, national tier Farms, Food & Health Conference, with Culinary Medicine Training. Offering a mix of talks and cooking demonstrations, Expo day is designed to help you and yours live healthy (and flavorful!) lives by cooking delicious and doable local food recipes.

Below is a list of sessions—all are free and no tickets needed, just show up and enjoy! See you there!
