As the world plunges ever deeper into the realm of technology, the power of up-close, human-focused storytelling can become a powerful way to show the impact of government policy. To make that point, three national-leading food policy organizations—Wallace Center, National Sustainable Agriculture Coalition, and Winrock International—contracted with Groundwork to write three stories that focused on farm to food assistance program in three communities scattered across the nation. Led by Groundwork’s Christina Barkel, we also created a companion advocacy storytelling handbook and ran two writing workshops. Link to the stories below.
