The Milliken Circle honors the legacy of Governor William and Helen Milliken, Michigan’s longest-serving governor and First Lady, who shared a deep commitment to Michigan and to protecting the natural resources and communities that make our state special. Helen Milliken was also a longtime member of Groundwork’s Board of Directors.
