  • State the portions of complex carbohydrates commonly recommended for individuals with diabetes.
  • List three ways to promote blood glucose stabilization with a whole,-food, plant-based diet/vegetable forward diet.
  • Explore the digestive microbiota and diabetes in pregnancy
