8 New Videos Celebrate Farm to School in Michigan!

March 24, 2022 |

The Michigan Department of Education (MDE) just launched seven farm to school videos highlighting important aspects of farm to school programming in Michigan. The videos include interviews with a wide variety of farm to school champions and stakeholders from across the state (you may even see a few Groundworkers show up!).

The project was funded by a two-year USDA Farm to School grant that MDE’s Office of Health and Nutrition Services received. Videos were developed in partnership with Michigan State University Center for Regional Food Systems, Michigan Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, and Groundwork Center for Resilient Communities.
